Just a thought . . . you could make this using dry Marsala wine as the alcohol.

Yeah, Pork Tenderloin with Marsala by ReciipeTinEats is one of them and there are quite a few out there. Love gravy/sauce with Marsala and Mushrooms! One of my all time favourites.

Thanks Andy, just might do that next time.

Fun point, just looked at the date on her recipe, originally from June 2016 and Rock's is 2015.
