I don't know what to call these things.

I love these flat breads and have been doing a little experimenting with them.

Some deli pastrami on a hot grill pan to get a little color on it.

Then melted some swiss cheese on top but forgot to take a pic.

Some sauerkraut on the flat bread

Added the pastrami with melted cheese and some thousand island dressing.

Rolled them up and back on the grill until the flat bred was nice and crispy.

Sliced and ready to eat. Next time I'll leave the thousand island dressing out and just put it on the side and use it as a dip. They turned out great, still have a lot of deli left over so I'll probably make these again for dinner tomorrow night.

Yum yum. Ya know Danny Gaulden makes a version of these using flour taurpolians for the bread. Always meant to try and make some but never quite go a round toit.
