Recommend Ethiopian cookbooks and resources please

I've seen his work. I'm thinking more in the traditional styles though.
 
I have this cookbook but honestly I haven’t cooked from it much. The ingredients are difficult to source. Like teff for injera. And what’s traditional Ethiopian food without injera?


Marcus S. focuses mostly on “American style“ African American food but he riffs on Ethiopian, too. In a more accessible way. He has 3 or 4 cookbooks out. I have his Red Rooster (his restaurant in Harlem) cookbook and I don’t think there is anything Ethiopian in it, though.

I can find teff, but Im not as in love with injera as many are. I find the lentil dishes more interesting as counterparts to something like a jollof rice or just plain naan with yogurt for sourness.
