2 (1 1/2lb)pork tenderloins
1/2C honey
2tsp prepared mustard
1/4C brown sugar

Mix honey, mustard, & brown sugar. Spread over tenderloins & let marinate at least 2 hours in fridge. Roast at 350F for 1 hour. 12 servings.

This is from the Low Fat & Light Four Ingredient Cookbook. I can give calories & other info if anyone wants it.

My youngest daughter (18) wasn't crazy about ham. Then I barbecued a ham steak with some maple wood thrown on the fire, and with a honey mustard glaze. She changed her mind about ham that day. Hoey and mustard go so incredibly well with pork. Thanks for sharing.

I like cooking the ham steak on the grill also with equal parts honey, dijon mustard and apricot jam. Sometimes I'll trade out for orange marmalade.

I'll give this other combination a try also. Thanks!

Sizz, I've been using this combination on pork chops lately too. I added 4tsp mustard last time I made them & it was better IMO.
