I have quite the newbie question regarding how to cook prime rib.
I'm cooking for 4 people including myself. We aren't the biggest meat eaters, so we settled for a 1 rib - 2.5 lb roast (an oversized steak) for 4. We have other protein as well.
I was wondering which method should I go with to get the most moist, juiciest medium rare prime rib. High or low heat method?
Also for what its worth, I'm left without a meat probe.
Any guidelines or directions will be much appreciated
