Senior Cook
I know, I know, no pics no cook.
Here's a little something my wife put together last night:
Burgers:
1 1/2 lbs ground pork
4 t soy sauce
4 t brown sugar
2 t chili sauce
1/4 cup prepared peanut sauce
1 t ginger
2 t garlic (minced)
1 t sesame oil
mayo:
3/4 c mayo
basil
green onions
lime juice (from one lime)
1 t hot chili oil
Shredded cabbage to put on top:
2 c shredded cabbage
2 t rice vinegar
1 t sesame oil
salt/pepper
2 t honey
I ate mine without the cabbage. Pretty darn good.
