Hello! I'm new here if you couldn't tell already. I feel like over the past 10 or so years of my life I've tried my best to do well in the kitchen. I started out watching Food Network to learn some stuff but I soon lost my training wheels and started doing my own thing. My particular style has evolved over time into a Southeast Asian-inspired take on food, but I very often branch out to other styles of cooking too. Looking forward to learning and sharing with this community.
