Hi, i was baking sausages, and every time the i peel off the sausages form the bvaking pan, tiny flakes of metal sticks to it. I am wondering if it is safe.
It is not safe by any stretch of the imagination. Throw away the pan!!!!
What is likely occuring is that the coating is peeling, but regardless of what the substance is, it is NOT designed to be incorporated into your food by any means!
