I lead a very exciting life when the best thing I have to do on a Saturday night is Google Jicama, but now I know. Thanks for the excitement Nick.

We cut it into the shape of fries and eat it alone or add it to some sliced fruit and sprinkle some Pico de Gallo seasoning over it as a snack. The seasoning has a salty lime chili taste to it.

Yup as V9 Said. When I worked in Los Angeles there were fruit carts on every street. They would cut it and mix it in with watermelon, cantaloupe pineapple, mangos, honeydew and apple. They would squeeze lime and sprinkle with some chili powder. Other than that, haven’t had it any other way.
