I work at a hotel and the other day a guest asked me to put 2 jars of jam in the freezer for him until he checked out. I was curious why he would have 2 random jars of jam and he said that they ate dinner at a restaurant on their way here and they had rolls with cranberry jam on the tables and you could buy the jam. They make it there at the restaurant and he gave me one of the bottles, it was sooo good! I've been looking for a recipe since and honestly can't tell how it will turn out. Does anybody have a tried and true cranberry jam recipe?
