Stir-fry tonight. A spicy sesame based combo with pork, some veggies and a healthy dose of chili oil.

And Shrimp Enchilada for moi.

We like this particular Mexican restaurant because their Refried Beans and Rice actually tastes good  Oh, and their ranchera sauce is excellent!

We ordered the lunch specials and they're much smaller portions as compared to the regular menu AND cheaper.
The tap was $28 not including my lovely draught Beer

I started making some Greek chicken soup, but ran out of spoons. So, we ordered Dagwoods sandwiches. There will be Greek lemon chicken soup soon, probably tomorrow.

I pulled my last little French White casserole of macaroni-and-cheese with ham from the freezer. Steamed up a goodly amount of broccoli. Not quite enough for two...but fixed that with strawberry shortcakes for dessert. :yum: Sara Lee says her "pound cake" (just over ten ounces is now a pound?) is four servings. :ermm: I cut it to make six pieces - and one of those was more than enough with the berries and whipped cream.
