Hamburger sauces needed

Nobody mentioned chutneys! There are countless flavor combinations in chutneys, and a good number of them aren't overly sweet, so only last 3 or 4 days, unless frozen. Some are loaded with sugar, as many condiments are, and those are the long lasting ones. The good thing (for me, at least) is that the sour component is rarely vinegar, but lemon juice or tamarind. Granted, many are not simple, unless you have all the ingredients, but some are incredibly fast to make, with a blender. Here are some listed as "quick". Some of my favs are the green ones with mint and cilantro, and the garlic chutney, as well as some of the sweet ones, like mango or pineapple chutneys, and a lot of the ones starting out with dates.
