Well, was a busy fathers day, workin lots an did a big smoke.
Here be some Pepperoni Sticks stuffed inta some 19mm casins. Next step be the smoker.
Here they be outa the smoker. This batch didn't last long an the recipe be bout perfect, guess I'll be doin some more this weekend!
Also did some Pepperoni rolls to. These were gonna slice up fer pizzas an such. They was still warm from the smoker, much better after they was cooled off a bit.
Also did some Mahogany Shoulder Bacon, this be onea our best sellers. Bout as close ta grandpa's recipe as I can come. Some tastey stuff!
