I´m going to look for that; it´s the kind of book that really gets me interested in local cuisine.This thread made me go find a CB I have - the only Greek CB I ever got that I really liked, and it is definitely authentic. It is The Olive And The Caper - Adventures In Greek Cooking, by Susanna Hoffman.
And just for the record: Dr Susanna Hoffman is a PhD in anthropology and one of the first owners of Chez Panisse.
