Dehydrated Scapes

It took many days to dehydrate the scapes. I cut off the fibrous flower part and only used the stem area. There were 200 so, it was a lot of them, but they dehydrated small as most stuff does.
After dehydrating they look like this:

I put them in a double bubble bag (like you get from amazon for packages) and mr bliss pounded them with a hammer on concrete.

Then they can go in a jar to store.

Some go in the coffee/nut grinder, and grind them to a powder.

Put them in a spice jar for the spice rack.
