I'm putting a tnt to this recipe..I'm so pleased the way it turned out..I found some black beluga lentils all cooked in a package at Trader joes..I brought them home and said now what..Here is what I did, I dumped them into a bowl, gave them a good salting and the some cracked blacked pepper..Next came the evoo,halved graped tomatoes, a good handful of freshly chopped parsley, several hands full of baby spinach, several radishes that I sliced then diced several hands full of julienne carrots
, i small diced red onion..I then add some rice winde vinegar, kept the whole thing cold and served it with nice hot buttered naan was it yummy
