Beet Relish
1 quart cabbage, chopped fine
1 cup grated horseradish
1 cup sugar
1 quart cooked beets, chopped fine
1 tsp salt
1 pint vinegar
Heat vinegar, pour over all and seal.
(This is a very old recipe...please run through boiling water bath!)
