2019 Spring Holiday Plans/Menus (Passover & Easter)

I have tentative menus for Good Friday & Easter. I thought I would post this early so I can maybe get some ideas for new dishes.

So here are my menus:

Good Friday

Shrimp Cocktail ring
Fried Flounder (Cornmeal Coating)
Potato Puffs (Tater Tots)
Stuffed Clams
Greek Salad
Garlic Bread

Easter Sunday

Dyed eggs
Mom's Italian Easter Meat Pie
Lamb Loin Chops
Small pasta shells in a Creamy Garlic Béchamel Sauce
String bean salad
Stuffed artichokes
Italian Butter & Bread
Baby Spinach Salad
Cheesecake
Lemon Meringue Pie
 
No surprises here, pretty much a repeat of last year and the year before!

Ham steak
Kielbasa
Cauliflower Gratin
Maple glazed carrots
Cabbage salad
Pickles, olives, horseradish
Mixed berries with cream

Maybe a half dozen pickled eggs.

I may swap out the cabbage salad for an ice cold fluorescent yellow Perfection Salad.
 
Well, I certainly won't be attending church. Too many steps. And since there is only myself and Pirate, Easter is not one of those important religious holidays for me anymore. I do miss attending church though. So we are not planning a holiday meal.
