I used one cup of crystallized honey and one cup of liquid honey, both at room temperature. Whipped with the whipping attachment in the kitchen aid mixer. 10 minutes at full speed, 10 minutes rest the machine, 10 minutes at full speed.
It is white and creamy, thicker than regular honey. I put it in two glass 1 cup jars, one in the fridge and one to stay at room temperature.
It may crystallize further (maybe smaller crystals), or it may settle out and go clear again, it's an experiment and either way, it will be good. It's honey.
It's thick enough that it won't melt into warm bread and it won't drip off easily like honey does because it is thicker. We'll start using the room temperature jar for toast.

Possibilities? Add cinnamon. Vanilla flavor?

Many people here with experience?

Wow-and an offer to enter a drawing for 4 12 oz jars of flavored whipped honey with your phone number. Which I did ! Thank you Aunty Bea.

I like honey butter, but I don't think you eat butter. I bet whipped butter mixed with whipped honey would make a tasty spread.

Oh it would make a tasty spread, no doubt. (yes, true I don't eat butter)
Another one I saw was BACON honey, and also bacon cooked with honey and pepper on it-which would also be good. (and I don't eat bacon)

Have you ever had maple syrup cooked by backyard bbq people, with lots of smoke flavor it in. It's delicious and I love the smokiness of it. I'm betting smoky honey would be good too.

AKA: Bacon candy. You can make it with honey, maple syrup, or with brown sugar. You oven cook the bacon, or in the smoker. I've only had it made with brown sugar cooked in a smoker. It was good.

Could I make the bacon in stovetop smoker? Any direction/method please.

Hmmmm. I don't know if you can cook it all the way like that. I don't know much about those smokers. You could start it in the stove top smoker, and move it to the oven. But honestly, if you start with a good smokey bacon, it is good just in the oven.
