We're were low on groceries yesterday but, digging through the cheese drawer, I found a chunk of Halloumi I picked up last time I went to Aldi. I seasoned it with olive oil and za'atar and grilled it in my stovetop grill pan, then drizzled it with a little lemon juice. Yum. I also made a pesto pasta salad topped with diced tomato and a mild green pepper from the garden (can't remember what it is) and toasted a piece of the grilled flatbread. Topped that also with olive oil and za'atar. So good.
