Just some pics from the last few nights. Friday I cooked up some shrimp and scallops that we had over white rice, Saturday I smoked two racks of spares, I didn’t get any finished pics and on Sunday I grilled up a couple small steaks and lobster tails, we also had a bunch of veggies cooked in foil with butter and garlic. Today I’m smoking an 8 pound pork butt for pulled pork sandwiches tonight. I’ll post finished pics of the butt later. Sorry about the picture quality.

[quote="Captain Morgan":1bnduk0r]dang boy! you got any money left to eat the rest of this week?

Wondering the same thing myself[/quote:1bnduk0r]

My wife found everything on sale and SS, the tails were three for 10 bucks. Kinda small but still tasted good.

Gotta agree with the rest of these guys, looks great!
Incidently, I get Lobster for $4 a lb up here.

Here's some pics of the pork butt I pulled and we had great sandwiches last night. I pulled the butt off when it reached 195 internal then wrapped it in foil, covered it with towels and let it rest in a cooler for a little over an hour. My wife also made a spinach salad that was off the hook.
