Smash burger. anything to change in this recipe?

i plan on using vegan mayo as i don't like regular mayo and also i plan to use just a tea spoon of mustard as i don't like it much..

one of the challenges is having enough cooking area for the burgers. i will have to make it in batches

Well, it might be the way you would like it best. Someone recently shared the link to a video of making a smashburger here on DC. Personally, I would use the instructions in that video. It seemed more authentic.
