We had pan-seared Angus filet mignon with a peppercorn crust, baked potatoes, steamed green beans, and homemade devil's food cake with dark chocolate ganache for dessert.
Peach Cake?!?!?!?! Recipe please!!Too tired to do that pasta dish I had planned for tonight.
I've been getting ready for Steve's son tomorrow and made the fresh peach cake I posted yesterday.
We're going to our favorite "hole in the wall" 7 table Mexican restaurant, they have outstanding "home cooked" food!! My mouth is set for her pork tamale's with chili verde on top. yummmmm
