Quick dinner

I don't feel like shopping today so I have to make dinner with whatever I have left in my fridge. maybe you can help me with some quick delicious recipe )
I have tomatoes, eggs, cheese, some olive oil, chicken, yoghurt, cream, zucchini and that's about it. also I think I have some pasta left so maybe a creamy sauce to go with it? let me know!!

Not necessarily quick, but I see a quiche in the making.
(Tomato, egg, cream, zucchini, cheese)
Chicken fried to the side (only because I don't like it in a quiche)
And yoghurt as desert
