Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches

I'm thinking of making pork tenderloin sandwiches for a party I am having. I would thinly slice the pork and have small (dinner roll size) rolls in a basket for guests to construct their own. Would a chutney go well with this on the sandwich? Any other suggestions for a topping?
I will serve the pork at room temperature.

We like a horsey sauce, or thai sweet chili sauce on ours.

horseradish mixed with a little mayo, or some mayo with chopped chives, or a sweet something like chutney would be nice..Maybe an apple chutney? I've mixed cranberry sauce with a little mayo to put on a pork sandwich, it was a little different and tasty... I hope this helps just a little.

Chutney is great, a cilantro pesto, maple mayo, ginger lime BBQ sauce, whole grain mustard, honey mustard, applesauce, apple curry mayo, spicy chipoltle ketchup, maybe some shredded coleslaw...

Those suggestions are great - I'd offer a variety of sauces to allow for various tastes
