I'm thinking of making pork tenderloin sandwiches for a party I am having. I would thinly slice the pork and have small (dinner roll size) rolls in a basket for guests to construct their own. Would a chutney go well with this on the sandwich? Any other suggestions for a topping?
I will serve the pork at room temperature.
