I'll agree that chicken does not belong on pizza. Or BBQ sauce. But that's just me.

California Pizza Kitchen makes a BBQ Chicken pizza that is one of their top sellers. I have to admit that it does taste pretty good, but I refuse to order it, just as a matter of principal. I'll put the same ingredients on a flour tortilla, and call it a taco, and be fine with it. But not a pizza.

The only meat used on authentic, traditional pizzas is cured meats or sausage, like the famous "Pizza salsiccia e cime di rape" (broccoli rabe and sausage)

Toss some rings of fresh pineapple on a hot bbq grill. Good stuff. Even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
