We went to the Farmers' Market this weekend and they had a lot of patty pan squashes. I was feeling adventurous and so I bought a bunch of them (and zucchini and yellow squashes, too). We cut, brushed with salad dressing (a great kind called Garlic Expressions which is local to Ohio) and grilled. Good grief, were they good. I am afraid that they were the hit of the meal (which included Big Boy tomatoes...which we were lucky enough to find). I hope you try these, outstanding.
