What do you need:
80 g butter
50 g hazelnut cream/Nutella
150 g biscuits (butter biscuits)
200 g cream cheese
80 g powdered sugar
1 tablespoons milk
300 g strawberries
200 g whipped cream
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
1. Melt the butter together with hazelnut cream in the microwave. Crumble the cookies and mix them with the melted butter chocolate mix. Spread the biscuit mass evenly on the bottom of a springform pan (26 cm) and press on well.
2. Now mix the cream cheese, 200g strawberries, powdered sugar and milk in a bowl until smooth and spread evenly over the biscuit base. Then put the strawberry cheesecake for three hours into the fridge to cool down.
3. Whip the cream together with the vanilla sugar and spread the whipped cream on top of the cheesecake. Next cut the rest of the strawberries in half and place them decoratively on top of the cake. Finally put the cake in a cool place till its time to serve it.
