Nesta;
Where I live, it is a desperate amount of work to grow and maintain any kind of garden outdoors. The soil is lousy (I live on a coastal barrier island), it is too humid and we have every kind of pest and disease you can thik of. A friend of ours does a marvelous job raising plants in her sunroom. She grows tomatoes, peppers, radishes, and herbs. Everything is in pots and on raised platforms so she can easily work with them (she is elderly). She can control the temps and the moisture so she does very well. If you do not have a sunroom, I wouls think you could achieve the same results with grow-lights.
