Garlic bread with tofu cream

I happen to have shelf stable tofu, but a silken or firm tofu would work. I blend it in a 1 wide mouth mason jar quart size, with a few tablespoons of lemon or ac vinegar, some minced garlic using a hand blender. Spread it on the ww bread slices. (8 slices uses the whole amount, use more or less) Bake at 350 deg F for 30 minutes. Salt it to taste. (I used a potassium chloride salt.)
