This sauce is good!

Cheese Sauce:

2 T. Butter
3 T. All-Purpose Flour
3 Cups Milk
***Enough To Get It To The Thickness You Want
2 Cups Lucerne Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt & McCormick Crush Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
1/2 Tsp. Christopher Ranch Crushed Garlic Or To Taste
2 T. Frank’s Hot Sauce

In a pot, add butter and cook on low heat until
melted; stir.

Add 3 T. All Purpose Flour; whisk for a few minutes.

Slowly pour in 3 cups milk; whisk.

***Add more if you need to until you get the thickness you want.

Add 1 T. Wondra Flour; whisk.

Add 1/2 Tsp. Christopher Ranch Crushed Garlic; whisk.

Add 2 T. Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce; whisk.

Season with Garlic Salt and pepper; stir.

Cook on low until heated through.

Serve on Tortilla Chips or use as a cheese sauce for veggies.

***Can put La Costena Nachos Pickled Jalapeño Peppers on top of cheese sauce for nachos or your favorite nacho jalapeños.
