I am try smoking a Pork loin that I bacon wrapped.
This is the first loin I have smoked & the first time I weaved bacon.
I injected the loin with pineapple juice and rubbed the outside with brown sugar,kosher salt, course ground pepper, garlic powder & some cayenne pepper.
I have my UDS at 230 to 240 . I'll ley you know how it goes.
