K'girl, my neighbors put out a message on Facebook and NextDoor when their daughters were selling GS cookies a couple months ago. Maybe you can find a local troop that way. Also, some troops are selling electronically. A local troop should have that information on their Facebook page or website, if it's available to them.

Yes, and some kind of acid - lemon juice, vinegar, etc. It's just pasta, so it needs seasoning.

Acid isn't necessary. Some kind of gravy/sauce, i.e. fat, is fine.

I guess it depends on your taste. Couscous is bland to me without some acid.
