This is my favorite vegetable!
Zucchini & Yellow Squash:
On cutting board, slice the ends off squash and zucchini.
Cut squash down the middle and then cut in slices like you would slice a cucumber; cut slices in half.
Slice zucchini in slices; cut slices in half.
In skillet, add butter and Olive Oil.
***Use More Butter Than Olive Oil!
Once the butter has melted and the mixture is hot, add the diced zucchini and yellow squash.
Cook for 3 minutes; stir it around and cook 10 minutes.
***Add shredded Parmesan Cheese towards the end of cooking time.
Season to your liking.
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over-(opt.)
