Inspired by @pepperhead212 's tomato dish 2 days ago, I made a cold mix of 3 grains, ww rotini, big chunks of garden tomatoes, diced peppers and onions, marinated olive paste. We both liked it. It made a lot but it was only about 10 cups, about 5 servings.
Peach walnut bread, mandarin oranges and cantaloupe.

Trying to clean out some older stuff in the freezer so I grabbed a package of two loin lamb chops (we used to call them kidney lamb chops) from December of 2022 and a rapidly expiring russet and made dinner.

I cooked the lamb sous vide to 133ºF and seared them in a CI skillet. I made mashed from the potato with lots of butter, cream, salt and pepper.

I just grazed all day today. I just wasn't hungry for a full meal. Sandwiches (turkey and a PB&J), cheese and crackers, fruit , a granola bar, and a couple of pecan shortbread cookies. WooHoo!

Friend stopped by for an afternoon of "catch-up" and playing Yahtzee. (I won 2/3 ) .
Raided the freezer and came up with some shrimp Har Gow. Steamed some, made some salad. All went down very well.
I'll have to make note of the brand and look for them when I get back. The filling of shrimp was very impressive. Taste and large pieces of shrimp!
