What happened to the red UP and DOWN arrows in the right margin?

I still get them, but they disappear after a few seconds.
Yup, mine are still here. Perhaps you've reduced the size of your page?

They re-appear as soon as you start to scroll again

I didn't do anything, but the arrows are back in the right margin, which makes it much easier to get to the Jokes & Games thread.

I never noticed them either. I have a couple icons on my whatever-you-call-it bar - the one with the back and bookmark buttons - and I use them to zip up and down.

Oops! They're gone again.
I still have them. They appear when I start scrolling.
