Hormel Italian beef roast over egg noodles, with peas and carrots. The roast was okay. Would I buy it again at full price? Nope. Maybe on sale though if deeply discounted.

I made an executive decision that it was take-out dinner.

From our favorite Asian Bistro, Cucumber & Salmon Maki Sushi, Veggies with Beef and an upsell to Lo Mein :yum:
Not pictured is the Pot stickers and steamed Edamame that I make at home and save us $30 + tax & tip over dine-in.

Oh, and a Beer for Moi ... that's another $10 + ... I bought a six pack of this local Beer for $12 !!!

I had breakfast for dinner (pizza for breakfast), fermented 9 grain flakes, blueberries, flax/chia/wheat germ, honey.

This afternoon, I went out to the bank and a stop at the grocery store (Maxi) and that just completely pooped me out. So, I was very glad to have leftovers. I had the rest of the pasta dish from yesterday with the bacon and spinach. That reheated really well in the microwave. I also had a bowl of the mushroom soup I made a couple of days ago. That reheated well in the microwave too.
