No semolina. Semolina is only used if I am going to dry the pasta for long life.

How do you change the recipe if you are going to dry it?

Omit the eggs, use half semolina and half 00 flour and about 1/2 cup of water instead.
It's going to be 107 today but I am cooking something easy and delicious that I recommend to everybody.
The name of the recipe is Lipton's Hearty BBQ Beef Sandwiches, and you can Google that and find the super easy recipe. You don't even have to brown the roast. You can put it in a slow cooker on high or I do mine at 325 in a dutch oven with foil under the lid and I put it inside my turkey roaster in this kind of weather or not to heat up the house or you can just cook it in the oven. It's real dark and rich looking and very few easy ingredients. If I think of it in time I might come back and post a photo.
