This is supposed to be a new flavor from the company.

I have never had this honey before.

This chip was not that hot at all.

Sure did have an aftertaste that I was not impressed with.

Chips did have a nice crunch to them.

A medium sized thumbs up at best imo.

A few months ago, I ordered a big custom Utz box from them. I generally like the comparative mildness of their flavors. My favorites of theirs have been BBQ and sour cream and onion. I never have liked SC&O from any other brand and like it for the mildness.

So I ordered each type of their several barbeque chips. My favorites are Honey BBQ (still) and Smokin Sweet BBQ. I did not like the rest of them (mostly named for regions, like Carolina is one). They were too strong and just not pleasant to me. Like Kleenex said, aftertaste. But I do love these two. I can't say there's a lot of difference between the two I like. And to be fair, I don't like the "hot" versions of any chips.

Utz Quality Foods Potato Chips seasoned with Famous Mike's Hot Honey a mouthwatering combination of sweet and spicy flavors. The chips have a satisfying crunch, and the hot honey seasoning adds a unique and addictive twist. A must-try for those who enjoy a delightful fusion of heat and sweetness in their snacks.
