Hi Corazon,

The recipe looks delicious. I love apples.

I made the dough and put it in the fridge. I was wondering if I did anything wrong because after an hour in the fridge it is really hard (it was sticky when it went in). Did I mix it too much initially? I've taken it out to see if maybe it'll soften a bit outside.

Just to update - I made it and it came out great We ate half of the big one with coffee now and should be finished off in the morning :P Is it possible to reheat it?

I've put the other half in teh freezer for next week. Can the frangipane be frozen too or will that wreck it? How long can the frangipane last in the fridge?
