Sunday, July 23, 2023 - aka Monday Eve. What did you have for dinner?

I took the leftover crabs from Friday's dinner and made Maryland Crab Soup. We had it with cornbread and watermelon on the side. What did you have?

We went out for lunch and got a HUGE pizza with ham, sausage, mushrooms, and onions. Brought home what we didn't eat for lunch and had it for supper. Watermelon for dessert.

Sheet pan, chicken thighs, potato wedges, yellow 'n green zucchini. Was good... but not great. Oh well, next time...

I made a large green salad for supper and we added the leftover piri piri chicken, feta, and some hard cooked eggs. I put some other additions on the table so we could tailor our choices to our personal taste. There was also some whole grain baguette for dipping into a plate of EVOO with some balsamic vinegar drizzled on top.

Brat, rotkohl, vinegar based potato salad.

Filets on the Que, baked taters with KNUDSEN Sour Cream....haven't found that since 2011!!...and I made a skillet of zuke, onion and mushrooms. All very yummy and hit the spot. Although it is only 60F here at the beach, we've had the AC on and will need to cool the RV waaaay down in order to sleep well. Funny, in CA, I think we would have the heat on. Here, we enjoy the cooler temps.

A roast beef Hormel Compleat with green beans and applesauce.

Pecan shortbread cookies and ice cold skim milk for afters.

Grilled burger (we're out of buns lol) and Mexican street corn with fruit and pickles on the side. Ice cream for dessert.
