Made this yesterday and it's still in the fridge. Taste test coming up momentarily.

5 x 5" Cast iron pan. One Dish Kitchen recipe is very easy and quick to come together.
Can't remember when I last made a cheesecake - must be more than 50 years ago!

LOL Never thought to run a blade in the corners - it lifted out so easily! So I taste tested the corners and ...
disaster! the crumbs were/are stale, sickenly stale! Why did I not notice? I think I was more concerned about the filling and just plain never noticed!

But the good news is the filling is delicious! In that respect dragn is very pleased with herself.
Just might go out and get some new crumbs and re-do the base, Have removed stale stuff, was easy enough, just popped off. Don't want it to contaminate the filling (any more, but I'll taste test again later to make sure :sneaky:.)
