Slow cooker lid

I have this slow cooker:
Kenwood - Slow Cooker Kenwood CP657

I have only had it a couple of months and not used it so much but I wanted to beef roast today

When I put on the lid it seemed loose.. I could tip it, look at this video (I don't now how to explain in english) When it is "down" on the right side it is 2-3 mm "open" on the left side..

It is not normal. The lid is warped or twisted out of shape. Since it is new, you should return it for a replacement.

If you cook with the lid like this, moisture and heat will escape. Your dish will not be the same.

I would return it for sure..Moisture/heat will escape and your food will not cook properly... Plus you could end up with other issues like the glass breaking while cooking a nice meal..
