Italian hot sausage. Gave my butcher some dried "ghost pepper" flakes (seeds and all) to put in a 10 pound batch of patty's. These puppy's are HOT! We cooked two on his gas grill at the shop, he took one bite and handed me the bun gasping said "too hot for me." Think there was about a ounce in the 10 pound batch. Too hot for Val too. Sure lit me up good. Next time I'll just have him use a half ounce.
