I'm FINALLY going to enjoy those baby backs I've been craving since weekend before last. Thry're on the Keg right now and should be done soon. I may have to have them for lunch tommorrow but, I will have them! No pictures yet, I've got to delete some because the card in the camera is full. I will have some later though. I promise!
 
Finally! They were done. Not the best I've done but, they'll do for now.

No defined smoke ring but, they were pink pretty much throughout. Taste is real good and perfect bite. No picture of the bite, the camera maxed out on me again. New card coming soon!

Nice looking ribs. Next time..meat down till they get done. Then wrapped and in the hot box for at least at hour preferably 3 or 2. Back on the fire to glaze where you are allowed two swipes of the glaze..one on each side and one flip. Listen to me now. Try it an repoat back. It will be like seeing the Light so to speak.
