Pretty good lunch today

On Monday, my daughter informed me that she wasn't eating dinner with us AFTER I bought a shell steak for her. I threw it into a ziplock bag and put in the fridge! Out it came today for lunch along with some leftover rice. Not to shabby of a lunch!
