This is great with white or brown rice, fruit salad.
In heavy skillet brown 6 chicken breasts or a 2 whole chickens cut up. In 2 tab or so of butter.I prefer the whole and make both for my gang.Stir in 1 tea. of curry powder, in pan juices. Blend in 1/2 cup of plum jam and1.4 cream sherry and Pour over chicken. Cover each piece of chicken with 1or 2 slices of sliced lemon and then cover skillet and simmer for 35-40 min. Remove chicken to heated platter and keep warm. Boil pan juices to reduce a little, spoon over chicken and enjoy,
