I just received mine in the mail and man, is it packed full! Just from the mailer, I am learning so much about spices that I never knew!! I can see why everyone here raves about it so much. I do honestly have to say that I am a bit intimidated by all of the selection. Reading all of the different descriptions of seasonings and spices and how each taste slightly different is new to me. It was much simpler when I went to the grocery store and just bought what was on the shelf. I am going to slowly go through the catalog and highlight what I want and see if I can afford it.

Penzeys is one of my major temptation catalogs! They're spendy but the spices are so very fresh and make such a huge difference!
