Pancakes;

We love these pancakes!

2-1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

2 T. Baking Powder
The
2 T. Sugar

1 Tsp. Kosher Salt

2 Cups Milk

2 Eggs

2 T. Melted Butter, Cooled

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and Kosher Salt; set aside.

In another bowl, add the milk and the eggs; whisk to combine.

Add the melted and cooled butter.

Whisk once more and then let the batter rest while the griddle or non-stick pan heats.

*** I let it rest while I fried sausage links.

***I used a griddle.

Butter the griddle.

Preheat griddle to 375 degrees.

When the griddle has reached 375 degrees, pour batter into a 1/4 cup measuring cup.

Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter for each pancake onto griddle.

Cook for 90 seconds then flip it over and cook for another 60 seconds.

Serve with softened butter and pancake syrup or your favorite toppings.
