Below are 4 segments of yours truly cooking BBQ on WHSV TV-3 Daybreak show. It was quite the interesting experience. Very Fast paced. Good thing I stayed up all night cooking the ribs ahead of time to put them on the grill. They really enjoyed everything and said they want to have me back some time in October for football season. Any ideas on what I should cook?

Great job Gary!

Hmm how about ABT's and moinkballs. Anything wrapped in bacon is sure to be a hit with tailgaters...and throw in a brisket.

HAAAAAAAAAAAA! Welcome to the fast paced world of live local news television.
Did you have the feeling that there was a lot you didn't have time to say? I'll bet you did, trying to explain how to cook ribs in one minute and thirty seconds. :D

Great job, I hope you shared with the crew. Good live shot!

Yes: Do some chicken thighs or buffalo wings, or a couple of fattys!

oh man, they kept giving me that whole "wrap it up" signal each time. I got MOST of what I wanted to say out, but it was quite rushed. The crew and everyone there ate everything I had.
